How do I enter?
The MT Awards will open for entries on 6 January 2017.  Entry is free and you can enter as many categories as you like.
Ensure you have also read and understood the terms and conditions for entering. 
Send four copies of your entry with your entry form before the deadline of 5pm on 3 March 2017.

What is the date of the Awards?
Wednesday 5 July 2017.

When will I find out if my company has been shortlisted?
Motor Transport will contact all entrants (regardless of whether they have been shortlisted or not) by 14 April 2017.
The shortlist will be published on 24 April 2017 in Motor Transport.

When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the 31st Motor Transport Awards on 5 July 2017 at the Grosvenor House, London.

What are the timings for the evening?
Please note these timings are subject to change
7.00pm   Drinks reception
7.30pm   Dinner, The Great Room
8.50pm   Awards commence
11.00pm After show party
1.30am   Bars close
2.00am   Carriages
 
When will I receive my invitations?
As long as payment for your table(s) has been received in cleared funds, your invitations will be sent to you in early June, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests.
 
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be included with your invitations, requesting this information.  Simply complete and return to the Organisers.
This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of. Joining instructions will only be sent once payment has been received.

Can under 18's attend this event?
Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, takes the safety and protection of children very seriously. The hotel’s policy is that no persons under the age of 18 may attend the function or enter the function room at any stage during the event.  This policy, set by management, upholds the licensing objective “The Protection of Children from Harm”.
 
How do I order drinks for my table?
Once payment has been received for your booking, drink order forms will be emailed to you.  You can also order additional drinks on the night via your wine waiter.

How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You can purchase tickets on our website by selecting the 'book now' tab.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing to the registration contact at the address below.
If you cancel on or before 1 March 2017 we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 15%. 
If you cancel after 1 March 2017 no refund will be given.
Please note this also applies in the case that payment has not yet been received when full payment of your booking would be required.

If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid.  We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.

Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount
of your booking fee. 

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive
jurisdiction over any dispute.
