■ Why enter?

■ Read carefully the description of the category you wish to enter.

■ The same product or service can only be entered in one category.  If the same, or essentially similar entry, is made in multiple categories, Motor Transport reserves the right to put it forward for judging only in the most appropriate category.

■ Read the top tips of what the judges are looking for.

■ Explain in no more than 1,000 words why you deserve the Award: what you set out to do and what has been achieved. Do not exceed 1,000 words with your submission (appendices are excluded from this count).  Entries that do not comply will be marked down or rejected.

■ Provide supporting evidence – this is crucial.

■ Download an entry form. You are advised to save the entry form for future use. You must submit 4 copies of each entry. Each copy must be accompanied by an entry form.  Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions for entering. Photocopies are acceptable.

■ Send FOUR copies of your entry to Angela Jones, Motor Transport Awards, Road Transport Media Ltd, Nine Sutton Court Road,
2nd Floor, Sutton, Surrey  SM1 4SZ.

■ The completed forms and entry must reach Motor Transport by Friday 16 March 2012.
